PLATFORM
AGORA is a single software interface designed to integrate multiple unconnected security applications and devices. It gathers information from several systems, correlates the data, events and alarms to identify relevant situations and their priority. It presents the situation to be verified helping an operator to take the best course of action. It ensures a prompt and thorough response to any situation. It reduces operational costs in operator training hours. The easy-to-use interface is very easy-to-learn.
SITUATIONAL
AWARENESS
AGORA allows the operator to be aware of what is happening. Information will be collected from different systems, correlated and displayed in maps, alarms and events. A good situation awareness will reduce the risk of wrong decisions. The operator can obtain a geographical view of the entire area or region covered. Remote sites and alarms are shown in the geographical Map or floorplans. The operator can navigate the Map, enter a given site, or open an alarm. The operator can decide which information is displayed on the map: labels, sites, devices and alarms.
REMOTE ACCESS
AGORA allows the operator to access sites remotely from the command centre and perform alarm video-verification, remote video tours and grant or deny access to employees, suppliers and visitors. The operator uses live video and audio to perform remote identification and grant or deny access. the operator can remotely opens doors and/or disarm intrusion systems or zones. Alarm video-verification avoids dispatching human resources to the site. remote video tours can prevent dangerous situations. Remote access allows to decreasing onsite guards and reducing operational costs.

Procedures are customised in a configurable and dynamic workflow that will guide the operator with step-by-step instructions. MONITOR AND AUDIT
ALL ACTIONS
AGORA’s audit trail module records in a database all the relevant operators’ actions together with all the accessed video & audio. A user with the right privileges can then access this archive trail to supervise and audit all the actions. The reports module allows you to configure automatic or on demand reports. All events received by the system and all actions taken can be searched and added to an incident report. Reports can be exported to pdf, excel and sent out by email.
